This form is prepared by the Corporate Communication and International Relations Directorate to facilitate the centralized mapping and coordination of all engagements with external and international institutions across the organization. The information collected will support the International Relations team in maintaining a comprehensive institutional database of partnerships, cooperation agreements, technical assistance programs, funding arrangements, and international commitments.

The objective of this exercise is to enhance transparency, strengthen internal coordination, ensure alignment with institutional priorities, monitor reporting and follow-up obligations, and ensure that all engagements are well accounted for.

All directorates are requested to complete this form for active, in the process, recently concluded, or pending international and external engagements under their responsibility. Where applicable, supporting documentation should be attached.
