The National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) hereby announces the results of the Foreign Exchange Auction held today.
The weighted average rate of all successful bids was Birr 148.1007 per US Dollar and a total of 31 banks received the foreign exchange allocations under the auction.
NBE will continue with such Foreign Exchange Auction when the FX market deems and an announcement of the specific date and time will be made public prior to the auction date.
